Buffet selections in the Executive Dining Room offer an inspired selection for breakfast, lunch and dinner, including innovative heart-healthy and vegetarian fare. The casual atmosphere of the R. David Thomas Center Club Room is perfect for enjoying a favorite beverage and light snack. For special occasions, our culinary team can create a memorable theme buffet along with indoor/outdoor dining events. For private dining functions, we are pleased to serve your meal or reception on the Patio or in the Winter Garden, University Room or Club Room.

 

Executive Dining Room
Our buffet dining environment offers a wide array of meat, vegetarian and heart-healthy selections for every meal. Our culinary staff works with individual guest preferences and dietary needs. The dining room staff directs guests to group seating arrangements and provides beverage and clearing table service. A sumptuous dessert selection of fruits, pastries, and baked items sweetly ends your meal.

Private Dining
The R. David Thomas Center can help you plan an unforgettable private lunch or dinner in one of our many casual or fine dining environments. Our chef’s theme buffets are very popular with our guests. These include: our most popular - Carolina Pig Pickin’, Louisiana Nights, Mediterranean or a Western Cookout, to name a few!

Your conference planner can assist you with menu selections, florals, entertainment, lighting, décor and every other aspect of planning your special event.

Lunch Reservations for Non-conference Guests
Lunch reservations for groups of less than ten can be made up to seven days in advance by calling our reservations line at 919.660.6280. Seating is available in the Executive Dining Room only, Monday to Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Groups of ten or more can be accommodated for lunch or dinner by contacting our conference planning department at 919.660.6392. All reservations are requested prior to 10 a.m. on the day of service.
